JOHR En janvier 1963, nous avons eu l'occasion d’étudier une famille d’origine bernoise, atteinte de colobomes irido-choroïdiens typiques uni- ou bilatéraux transmis à travers deux générations. Chez un de ces cas, il existait de plus une hétérochromie partielle bilatérale, ainsi qu’un habitus marfanoïde. Un autre sujet de celle famille présentait uniquement une hétérochromie de Fuchs, sans autre stigmate malformatif. Or, la coexistence, dans une même famille, d ’affections colobomateuses, de syndrome de Marfan et d'hétéro chromie, semble rare
