Abstract

Synchronous arterioureteral, ureterocolic and arteriocolic fistula are a rare entity that has not been reported so far. We present the monitoring in diagnostics and treatment of a long-term survivor of metastatic gastrointestinal carcinoid tumor of the terminal ileum who developed the above mentioned combination of fistula in consequence of multiple anti-cancer treatments in a 10-year patient history.
