Towards an optimised design of private complex services

Towards an optimised design of private complex services This paper describes an approach for designing complex services for private, everyday life. Therefore, potentials and requirements of complex services as well as the possibilities and restrictions of creating such services are discussed. It is shown that the enhancement of already existing services through innovative mobile or ubiquitous components as well as the combination of these services can lead to offers of higher quality. This leads to first guidelines for the successful implementation of complex services concerning the increased mobility of private everyday life. Also, some potentials and requirements to be taken into consideration when developing complex services are discussed. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png International Journal of Knowledge Management Studies Inderscience Publishers

Abstract

This paper describes an approach for designing complex services for private, everyday life.
