The authors offer this description of the new Agora of Philanthropolis, which embraces cyberspace as the global boundary-spanning dimension of a spectacular new experiment in human civilisation, founded upon a new Geometry of Languaging and a new Technology of Democracy based on the Structured Design Dialogue Process (SDDP). These innovations are needed to overcome the propensity toward Spreadthink, Groupthink and the 'Erroneous Priorities Effect (EPE)' by facilitating meaningful group dialogue that can enhance the pursuit of community wisdom and power. This is the only way to realise the promise of democracy.
