He is the Senior Vice President, CKO and CTO at Black & Veatch and a Global Strategy Consultant for Fortune 1000 companies. He has published several books including Managing Technology and Circle of Knowledge. He is also the editor of the four-volume Wiley Handbook of Science and Technology for Homeland Security.
