The paper points to the need of an integrated approach in examining internal entrepreneurship, innovativeness and creativity and their impact on the performance of an organisation. Consequently, we have proposed a model presenting relationships among the above-mentioned categories. Abstract

The paper assumes that internal entrepreneurship, innovativeness and creativity of employees and an organisation itself – are all linked, bearing upon the performance of the organisation in terms of its competitiveness, effectiveness or profitability.
