Enterprise performance management: a three-level approach

Enterprise performance management: a three-level approach The mechanism of enterprise performance management is presented in this article and it combines the possibilities of involving (interacting) the three groups of improvement sources: intrafirm, intrabranch and interbranch (international). The mechanism is based on the combination of different types of benchmarking, which are realised with the help of innovations originated by the author, they are: the model of three-level analysis of enterprise performance; the model of realisation of internal benchmarking; the organisational approaches which facilitate the realisation of external types of benchmarking; the model of personnel motivation. The general model (algorithm) of enterprise performance management is adduced. The results of practical realisation of the elements of the offered mechanism are stated, and they provide steady growth of parameters of efficiency of some enterprises of the food-processing industry. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png International Journal of Business Performance and Supply Chain Modelling Inderscience Publishers

Abstract

The mechanism of enterprise performance management is presented in this article and it combines the possibilities of involving (interacting) the three groups of improvement sources: intrafirm, intrabranch and interbranch (international).
