Secondly, it is noteworthy to understand that technology adoption has an impact on the employee's job performance. This research also aims to study the impact of e-government adoption of employees' job performance. Thirdly, the moderating role of age is also analysed, since it is an important demographic factor that moderates the relationship between e-government adoption and employee's job performance. This research has used exploratory and descriptive research design. This research found that e-government adoption has a positive impact on the job performance of employees. Organisational factors, technical factors, and trust factors are significantly important for e-government adoption. Abstract
