Ambidexterity and sustainable balanced performance in knowledge-based organisations: investigating the role of open innovation

Ambidexterity and sustainable balanced performance in knowledge-based organisations:... Main purpose of current research is to investigate effect of ambidexterity on sustainable balanced performance in knowledge-based companies active in the field of biotechnology and advanced medicine system in Tehran province. Research has attempted, through providing a scientific answer to the hypotheses, to improve sustainable balanced performance and value creation in the activities of studied companies. Through the application of multivariate statistical model of the relations of knowledge management system activities, ambidexterity, open innovation and sustainable balanced performance was studied. The research method was an applied and experimental one. To gather the data, 114 questioners was distributing. In first phase of research, by using exploratory factor analysis, factors loading was extraction and in second phase by updating the reach model, partial least squares (PLS) was applied. Research finding show significant and positive relations of all research hypotheses. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png International Journal of Business and Systems Research Inderscience Publishers
