A SOA approach to the implementation of an electronic medical record The development of technology and the internet has created a revolution in the healthcare domain, with regard to the implementation of electronic medical records using web-based applications, such as web services, to support interoperability between heterogeneous systems, and provide healthcare service. The need for web services has led to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), in order to protect patients' needs. Abstract

The development of technology and the internet has created a revolution in the healthcare domain, with regard to the implementation of electronic medical records using web-based applications, such as web services, to support interoperability between heterogeneous systems, and provide healthcare service. The need for web services has led to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), in order to protect patients' needs.
