OBJETIVOS Evaluar la validez y fiabilidad de un cuestionario auto administrado de actividad física, basado en el cuestionario de actividad física(AF) de Paffenbarger en embarazadas utilizando como prueba de referencia el acelerómetro Caltrac. DISEÑO estudio de corte. SUJETOS 50 gestantes. METODOS Se administro en dos ocasiones el cuestionario a las gestantes. Se midió el nivel de AF durante 7 días a las gestantes mediante el Caltrac. RESULTADOS PRINCIPALES La reproducibilidad o fiabilidad entre la administración de los 2 cuestionarios fue alta (Coeficiente correlación Spearman 0.903,p<0.0001).Para medir la Validez del cuestionario, los valores obtenidos en el cuestionario de AF se compararon con las medidas obtenidas con el acelerómetro Caltrac.La correlación entre los valores del cuestionario y las medidas del Caltrac fue moderada. CONCLUSIONES Los resultados test retest muestran una consistencia elevada del cuestionario de AF, lo que indica una alta fiabilidad y reproducibilidad del cuestionario.
