Los eventos angiogénicos se encuentran asociados a numerosos fenómenos biológicos. Lasradiaciones han sido utilizadas clínicamente para combatir el desarrollo tumoral. Un modelo in vivo que nos permiteobservar los efectos de radiaciones es la membrana corioalantoidea (CAM), ampliamente utilizado en estudios deangiogénesis. El objetivo del presente trabajo es describir diferentes procedimientos usados en un proyecto deinvestigación sobre el estudio de eventos angiogénicos en CAM de embriones de pollo sometidos a radiacionesultravioletas.
