Journal of Healthcare Engineering has retracted the article titled “Efect of Early Nutritional Assessment and Nutri- tional Support on Immune Function and Clinical Prognosis of Critically Ill Children” [1] due to concerns that the peer review process has been compromised. Following an investigation conducted by the Hindawi Research Integrity team [2], signifcant concerns were iden- tifed with the peer reviewers assigned to this article; the in- vestigation has concluded that the peer review process was compromised.
