The African Journal of International and Comparative Law CONTRIBUTIONS The African Journal of International and Comparative Law is a bilingual (English-French) publication, appearing in March and September. The Journal welcomes articles on Public and Private International Law and Comparative Law for consideration by the Editorial Board with a view to publication. The submission is an original unpublished work which is not being submitted for publication elsewhere. This is to ensure that the Journal remains an authoritative source of legal research on law in Africa. 2. The submission should not exceed 25 pages of this Journal. 3. The manuscript must be typed double-spaced on one side only of A4 paper. Contributors are kindly requested to accompany their manuscripts with an electronic copy. 4. Footnotes must be numbered consecutively through the article and typed double-spaced on a separate sheet of paper. 5. A submission of less than 4,000 words may be considered for the âShorter Articlesâ Section.
