Notes for Contributors The African Journal of International and Comparative Law CONTRIBUTIONS The African Journal of International and Comparative Law is a bilingual (English-French) publication, appearing in March and September. The Journal welcomes articles on Public and Private International Law and Comparative Law for consideration by the Editorial Board with a view to publication. Two copies of articles should be sent to: Dr Rachel Murray School of Law, University of Bristol, Wills Memorial Building, Queens Road, Bristol B58 1RJ, U.K. Email: Rachel.Murray@bristol.ac.uk Fax: +44(0)117 9251870 The Editorial Board will consider articles which comply with the following:– 1. The submission is an original unpublished work which is not being submitted for publication elsewhere. This is to ensure that the Journal remains an authoritative source of legal research on law in Africa. 2. The submission should not exceed 25 pages of this Journal. 3. The manuscript must be typed double-spaced on one side only of A4 paper. Contributors are kindly requested to accompany their manuscripts with an electronic copy. 4. Footnotes must be numbered consecutively through the article and typed double-spaced on a separate sheet of paper. 5.
