Architectural Accessions to the National Monuments Record of Scotland 2000 Architectural Accessions Scotland 2000 to the National Monuments Record of This selective annual summary of architect-related additions to the collections of the National Monuments Record of Scotland (nmrs) is intended to highlight the availability of key source material as it enters the public domain. This collaboration of the Society and the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland (rcahms) began with Architectural Heritage X, which in turn followed on from the list provided in Rebecca M. Bailey's Scottish Architects' Papers: a source book (Rutland Press, 1996). The arrangement follows that set out in the nmrs publication A Guide to the Collections (1991), which describes acquisitions between 1941 and 1991. Two collections of general interest to readers should also be noted, both of which contain unpublished information: The nadfas collection of Records of Church Furnishings which will be added to as reports are completed, has begun with Maxton Kirk and Bowden Church (Accession Number: 2000169), and a large collection of slides assembled by the Building Directorate when monitoring housing quality from i960 to 198c (Accession Number: 20001155).
