Marvin Chandler is co-pastor of the Church for the Fellowship of All Peoples in San Francisco (founded and pastored by Howard Thurman) . In 1984 he also served as a Visiting Professor in the Department of Religion at Linfield College . Donna McNeil Cox recently completed her Ph.D. in Choral Conducting at Washington University, St. Loui s. She presently teaches music in the Los Angeles Public School Sy stem . G. Bumawu Fiawoo , from Ghana . West Africa, is a professor of African and Afro-American Literature , Philosophy, and Literature at North Carolina Central University. Alton B. Pollard, III, is completing his Ph .D. in the Sociology of Religion at Duke University. Jon Michael Spencer, formerly an Assistant Professor of Music Compo sition and Theory at North Carolina Central University, is currently a Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar at Duke University.
