1 Oh, whither shall I go for rest When weary, worn and in distress? But to the cross where Jesus died And shed his blood my sins to hide. 2 To Him I'll carry all my grief, For He alone can bring relief. So when I take my sorrows there He'll help me all my burdens bear. 3 When trouble like great billows roll And earthly care doth press my soul Back to the cross I shall retreat His precious name in prayer repeat. 4 For He will fill my life with joy Allow no sin my soul annoy This joy will come to all who'll meet In humble prayer at Jesus' feet.
