Manuscripts in English, German, or French should be sent in duplicate to the Editorial Officeby post. They should be printed on one side and not exceed 20 typed pages. A short abstract should be included. Formulas should be numbered on the left-hand side of the line.References to the literature should be arranged in alphabetical order, typed with doublespacing. Abbreviations of journal names should follow Mathematical Reviews. Titles ofthe papers in Russian should be translated into English. The paper should contain theaffiliation of all the authors, including complete postal and e-mail addresses. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification numbers and key words should be given. In each issue,the papers are ordered according to these numbers. The publisher requires submission ofmanuscripts written in TgX,or lATgX. After the paper is accepted for publication, the author should send the final hard copy and file(s) on the disk or by e-mail tothe Editorial Office.
