The Occupational Health and Safety Management Issues in the Industry 4.0 AbstractThe specificity of the work organization in Industry 4.0 varies depending on the technological development and the level of security of new technology solutions. Employees are required to maintain a key function in working with knowledge, including decentralized decision-making and the safety and quality assessment of the production processes. The results of occupational risk assessment are presented here as a method contributing not only to the improvement of production processes, but also to the improvement of the product quality level. Abstract
