AbstractQuality of life is an ambiguous concept with a medical, sociological and economic dimension, as well as psychological, the most subjective one. Physical activity is considered one of the most important elements of a healthy lifestyle and a factor that determines the physical and mental health of an individual. The article presents the issue of physical activity in the aspect of quality of life management. It was found that respondents notice a very large relationship between sport and quality of life. The authors showed that it is very important in the quality of life management aspect not only to promote physical culture, but also to develop the habit of practicing it.
