ZusammenfassungDieser Artikel präsentiert einen praxisorientierten Ansatz für die Umsetzung des Wissensmanagements in Unternehmen. Das Konzept des Knowledge Broker Networks basiert auf einem Hybrid-System aus Mensch und Maschine. Dieses unterstützt sowohl das Auffinden von Informationen als auch die Herstellung eines Kontakts zwischen einer Person mit einer konkreten Aufgabenstellung und einer Person bzw. Personengruppe, die bei der Lösung hilfreich sein könnte. Um unsere Vision einer Optimierung des automatisierten Suchvorgangs innerhalb eines Knowledge Management Systems zu verdeutlichen, stellen wir diese anhand eines Szenarios beispielhaft dar. Zusätzlich werden die Ergebnisse unserer Untersuchung zu im Internet verfügbaren Kontakt- und Wissens-Austausch-Plattformen und einige ausgewählte Ergebnisse zu den Erwartungen potentieller Nutzer an ein Knowledge Management System aufgezeigt.
