The concept of P4 medicine originates from the American biologist Leroy Hood who formulated a strategic vision in order to treat patients more effectively. In this context, "preventive" stands not only for the established screening tests and the responsible lifestyle of the individual, but also for vaccinations, for example, against cancer-causing viruses, and drastic interventions such as a precautionary mastectomy. The question that must be asked here is what is meaningful, useful and economically efficient? The keyword "personalized" brings together the greatest source of hope in cancer therapy. If a patient is treated with drugs which can be tailored to the genetic profile of the tumor cells, the prospect of efficacy and cure is particularly high. The two main aspects of "precise" are the customization of the therapy for the patient, and technical advancement in cancer
