Research and Innovation into the Biodiversity. Food Safety Perspectives AbstractIn the last decades, the awareness of the harmful effects of environmental pollution on the quality of life of human beings has greatly increased.This awareness led to the legal regulation of the fundamental right to breathe fresh air, to drink clean water and to eat safe food. Abstract
