Contributions may be data-driven or conceptual, and may incorporate any of the methods of the social and biological sciences, of the professions of medicine, public health, law, law enforce- ment, and public management, or of the humanities. Contributions will be evaluated purely on their analytic merit, and not on their agreement with the view of the editorial board.
