Conditions are found upon satisfaction of which the differential equation x ( n ) ( t ) – λ x ( n ) ( t – ॣ ) + f ( t , x ( g ( t ))) = 0 has solutions which are asymptotically equivalent to the solutions of the equation x ( n ) ( t ) – λ x ( n ) ( t – ॣ ) = 0.
