Im Rahmen einer Pilotstudie wird untersucht, welche Erfahrungen Personen bei der 14-tägigen Nutzung des Produkts machen. Es zeigt sich, dass die Nutzung des Produkts auf eine freudvolle Weise zu einer stärkeren Selbstreflexion, zur Entwicklung spezifischer Bewältigungsstrategien und zur Verminderung der benötigten Selbstkontrollstärke führt.
