DOI: 10.2478/eustu-2022-0026 Reviewed by Naděžda Šišková* At the end of 2021, the Prague publishing house Leges published a new monograph written by leading author Prof. JUDr. Juraj Jankuv, PhD. under the title „Environmentalization of international public law and its impact on the law of the European Union and the legal order of the Slovak Republic“. This monograph follows on a whole series of publications by the author, who has long been devoted to the issue of international environmental law. The author divides the monograph into an introduction, five internally struc- tured parts, a conclusion, a summary in English and a list of references. The publication is written in Slovak and has 388 pages. In the introduction, the author emphasizes that the process of environmental- ization of international public law was connected with the emergence of inter- national environmental law and outlines the basic characteristic of this process.
