From the Editors

From the Editors FROM THE EDITORS The last year there have been several changes in our editorial board. We have been joined by Dr. Anatoli Nagler from the German Archaeological Institute (Berlin), who is a well-known specialist in the archaeology of the Eurasian steppes and Siberia. Apart from that, Professor David Braund, who is no longer a member of the Editorial Board, has agreed to join the Advisory Board. We are grateful to him for his help in bringing out the journal in pre- vious years and glad that he will still be involved in our project. In addition to the other work he carried out while a member of the Editorial Board, David Braund completed an important and time-consuming task: he took upon him- self the fi nal editing to ensure high-quality English in the translations of arti- cles by non-English authors. This task will now be taken on by Dr. Nikolaus Boroffka (Berlin). He is a well-known specialist in ancient technologies and the archaeology of the Balkans and Central Asia. We are con fi dent that, thanks to the new members of our Editorial Board, articles of a high scholarly level will be appearing in our journal on fi http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Ancient Civilizations from Scythia to Siberia Brill
