Belford, San Diego, Calif., President of the Academy.E. H. Christopherson, M.D., former Executive Secretary, was promoted to Executive Director of the organization of child specialists.Robert G. Frazier, M.D., who was Assistant Secretary, was promoted to Secretary. ANNOUNCEMENTS Third-Year Residency in Pediatric Subspecialties.—A special residency is offered at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children to provide longitudinal experiences in several of the subspecialties of pediatrics throughout the year to candidates who are graduates of a medical school in the United States or Canada and who have had an internship and two years of pediatric residency.The resident may participate in the planning of his program.
